Refund Policy


If user registers to use the Service provided by we will collect your contact information (such as First and Last name, Email address, Postal address, Personal identifier etc.) to complete a payment from user. We may ask you personal information when we need information that personally identifies you (personal information) or allows us to contact you. We may ask you to complete a registration form before we provide you the services. Customer’s contact details will be used by the Apex Enterprise Solutions Inc.’s Agent to contact you regarding the product and/or services you have requested. This includes re-registration/renewal notifications, special offers, and surveys on improving our service.

The descriptor on your bank statement is Apex Enterprise Solutions .

Apex Enterprise Solutions is not affiliated with any other name brands, such as Microsoft or Dell, although our staff may be licensed by these or other companies.

Refund Policy

A full refund will be issued if apex Enterprise Solutions Inc.’s service has not been able to resolve even a single issue for you within the first 14 days of the purchase. If there are one or more resolved issues, the fees for the Subscription Service will not be refundable. Notwithstanding this, apex Enterprise Solutions Inc. may, at its sole discretion and on a case by case basis, agree to a refund of fees after deducting charges for servicing the Customer (Partial refund).

In an event where the customer wants to end the contract without any specific reason, balance amount will be refunded on the basis of a minimum of (50% of the total charged amount) x number of cases resolved by us.
